What we bring to the table: As your Full Service Wedding Planner, we start from scratch. This package includes all the good good, from detailed budgeting to artful design. You and your story are our main focus, and all the design, logistics, details, and decisions are tailored to your needs.

This service includes full planning and coordination for your wedding day and all wedding-related events, such as the welcome party and rehearsal dinner.

We join you at about 12-18 months out, and we approach Full Service Wedding Planning in three phases.

Phase 1: Learning About You & Articulate Your Vision. Based on key phrases and words describing the look and feel of your wedding, we will work alongside you to curate a wedding celebration that only you and your partner would have. This is the full manifestation of your love, free from industry norms and cookie-cutter styles.

Phase 2: Vendor Curation & Logistics. We guide you through the big decisions, providing you with unique venue and vendor recommendations. We produce a tailored budget and roadmap leading up to your special day.

Phase 3: Magic. We keep everything on track and get to bring your vision to life, while you get to spend your time basking in the light of love.

Where you’re at: You have secured your venue, found a couple vendors, and have a mood board, but aren’t sure where to go next.

What we bring to the table: As your Partial Planner, we make your desired look and feel happen. We create a unique and flawless experience that mirrors the relationship, ensuring your event is nothing short of remarkable.

This service includes partial planning and full coordination for your wedding day and all wedding-related events, such as the welcome party and rehearsal dinner.

We join you around 10-12 months before your wedding day. We approach the process in three phases.

Phase 1: Learn About You & Your Vision. We begin with hearing more about you, your partnership, and your vision to build our foundation for planning.

Phase 2: Vendor Curation & Logistics. This is where we move into the details. Our team eases the stress of vendor selection by personally matching you with professionals who share your passions, whether that be for curated food or florals.

Phase 3: Magic. Leading up to your special day, we are your steadfast companions, guiding you through a seamless journey.

Month-of Wedding Coordination

Where you’re at: You have nailed down your venue, vendors (minus maybe one or two), and your invites are out. You and your partner want to enjoy the final weeks before your wedding. In short, leave the details to the experts.

What we bring to the table: as your Month-of Coordinator, we lean on our know-how to create a tailor-made planning timeline that suits your style, lifestyle, and desires. We ensure that no detail is overlooked. We bring your dream to life.

This service includes full coordination for your wedding day.

We come in around 4-8 months out and organize this in three phases.

Phase 1: Getting to Know You. We dive in to understand you, your partnership, and your vision. We’ll audit where you are in the process, and make recommendations to fill in any gaps.

Phase 2: Logistics. We pick up where you left off, taking over vendor relations and venue communications to ensure everyone is hitting all the marks that make your big day run smoothly.

Phase 3: Magic. We bring everything to life, including handcrafting timelines and layouts. We handle all the details so you’ll be able to sit back and enjoy the journey.
